The Phoenix Suns are in the market for a lot of prospects coming out of college this offseason with the No. 22 overall pick as well as their new G League team set to start playing this fall.

One prospect that had a pre-draft workout for the Suns this past weekend was Arizona forward Keshad Johnson, who has now worked out for eight teams, according to his Instagram.

Johnson, who measured in at 6-foot-6.25, 224 pounds with a 6-foot-10.75 wingspan at the combine last month, primarily played power forward at Arizona last season after transferring from San Diego State, who he made the 2023 national championship game with.

Johnson was one of the most explosive athletes in all of college basketball, tying the mark for highest vertical jump at the combine at 42 inches after participating in the college slam dunk contest in April.

The 22-year-old started all 36 games for the 27-9 Wildcats, averaging a career-best 11.5 points on 53/38.7/71 shooting splits to go along with 5.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.0 steals.

NBA Draft Room’s scouting report labels Johnson as “a solid all around player who plays the game the right way. He’s the type of player who could be a solid rotation player at the NBA level, who rebounds, defends, gets out in transition and makes good decisions with the ball. He’s not likely to be a star but could find a role in the league.”

Johnson is unlikely to be picked at No. 22 overall, as he is rated as the 50th-best prospect on ESPN’s latest big board. This makes him a prime candidate for either the Suns trading down for him or to sign as an undrafted free agent.

Most reported or confirmed workouts with the Suns have been with players they will likely not reach for with the 22nd pick. As compiled by HoopsHype, this is the most updated list of players who have been confirmed or reported to work out for Phoenix, as well as their ranking on ESPN’s most recent big board (out of 100 players):
