The Changes

Currently the additions to the roster include: Kahleah Copper, Morgan Bertsch, Rebecca Allen, and Natasha Cloud.  Each of these highly skilled women are excited to be joining the Mercury.

According to U’Ren, the team has a standard of how things should be done and how players should be treated. That standard is what attracted the right free agents to the Mercury.

When asked about filling out the 2024 roster, U’Ren first voiced his appreciation for the thoughtfulness of free agents. Subsequently, he commented on the NBA’s fast-paced nature in comparison to the WNBA’s slower, yet calculated and deliberate decision-making.

Newly signed from the Chicago Sky, Kahleah Copper emphasizes that players choose franchises that invest in them. Seeking teams that make them feel valued.
