After bursting onto the scene and finishing second in Rookie of the Year voting last year, Williams has improved significantly. He has been a crucial part of the Thunder’s success.
The 22-year-old is currently averaging 19.2 points, 4.6 assists, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game this season. Williams is doing this on 54/45/81 shooting splits.
Oklahoma City’s young core has brought them to the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference at All-Star break.
Williams will only get better and look to be a part of this weekend as an actual All-Star in the future.
