Due to some unusual rainy weather, the crowds and atmosphere at this year’s Waste Management Phoenix Open have been even rowdier than ever.

However, these conditions led to some unfortunate news yesterday when people, who had tickets, were not let in due to the course being too full. Vendors also were instructed to not sell alcohol yesterday after a certain point because it had gotten too out of control.
Due to overwhelming crowds, the WM Phoenix Open temporarily stopped allowing fans onto the premises this afternoon.
Officials also shut down alcohol sales.
