In case you missed it, the Suns made a trade deadline move, though not quite as dramatic as their previous deal with the Nets last season, they acquired Royce O’Neale.

In exchange, the Suns sent out three second-round picks to Brooklyn and matching salaries with four players. Additionally, Phoenix secured David Roddy from the Memphis Grizzlies in a three-team deal, as reported by The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

As part of the trade, the Suns bid farewell to Chimezie Metu, Jordan Goodwin, Yuta Watanabe, and Keita Bates-Diop.

During his time with the Nets this season, O’Neale averaged 7.4 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.

Notably, O’Neale brings valuable playoff experience, having participated in the playoffs for six consecutive seasons, with stints at the Jazz and Nets.

On the other hand, David Roddy boasts an average of 8.4 points and 4.2 rebounds per game.
