For the first time ever, all four of the Arizona and Arizona State men’s and women’s basketball teams will be playing in the same place on the same day today.

Here is the schedule for the day:
- WBB: Arizona State (7-4) vs. Fresno State (7-5) 12 p.m. MST
- WBB: Arizona (8-3) vs. No. 20 Gonzaga (11-2) 2:30 p.m. MST
- MBB: Arizona State (6-4) vs. Northwestern (8-2) 6:30 p.m. MST
- MBB: No. 4 Arizona (8-1) vs. Alabama (6-4) 9 p.m. MST

In a press release when the news was first announced, Arizona State coach Bobby Hurley said: “Arizona State Men’s Basketball is thrilled to be able to compete in the Colangelo Classic. We always enjoy competing in Phoenix where our fans have a chance to support us. Jerry Colangelo has done so much for the game or basketball, so it’s a honor to participate in an event supporting his legacy.”
Arizona coach Tommy Lloyd is also excited for the event:
“If you’re a basketball junkie, and you love men’s and women’s basketball, you get to come out and watch 4 games tomorrow from your power 5 teams in your state.”
