Brown did not participate in practice on Wednesday, but he returned yesterday and may suit up for the Cardinals against San Francisco.
For almost the past month, he has had the same heel injury that saw him leave in between their last game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Same goes for Wilson, he has been questionable with a neck injury for almost four weeks.
Price has just returned from injured reserve, so him being out is a precaution.
Even though he is listed as out, Smith was just signed this morning by Arizona from the Seahawks practice squad.
Kick-off between the Cardinals and 49ers starts on Sunday at 2:05 p.m. on FOX.
