With a trip to Las Vegas on the line, the Phoenix Suns broke a new 2023 NBA 1st quarter record by committing 10 turnovers.

Turnovers have been a problem for the Suns all season, but no quarter was as bad as the one that they had in the knockout round of the In-Season Tournament.

Devin Booker alone turned the ball over four times; Drew Eubanks and Jusuf Nurkic also had two themselves.

The Suns were just one turnover shy of tying the single-quarter record this season.

Nevertheless, because of this disfunctional start, Phoenix trails the Lakers by 10 early on.

This is despite shooting the ball at a 50% consistency rate.

Stay tuned for further updates.
