I was stubborn about this bet. In the Suns previous game against the Jazz they were favored by -5.5 and only won by three. The spread was ruined by a late Jordan Clarkson three pointer. I figured that the Suns would win the rematch in a easier fashion. Boy, was I wrong, as the Suns had to play two overtimes to get this win and only win by three points.
Kevin Durant Over 4.5 Assists
This was my best pick as Kevin Durant finished the game with 10 assists. I figured that the 4.5 assists number was super low especially since Durant had nine assists in the previous match-up.
Devin Booker Over 28.5 Points and Over 2.5 Three Pointers
I just missed on this one as Devin Booker finished the game with 26 points. I don’t feel bad about this pick as Booker went 8/21 from the floor. This was an off night for Booker, he will score 29 or more points on that amount of shot attempts on most nights.
I also just missed on the three point attempts. Booker went 2/7 from behind the three point line and normally he will make more than two, three pointers on seven attempts. These were good bets but they didn’t work out on this night.
John Collins Over 8.5 Rebounds
This was a good pick for me as Utah Jazz forward John Collins finished the game with 12 rebounds. In the previous match-up between these two teams Collins had 14 rebounds. So, I jumped on the over for 8.5 rebounds.
