Last Time Out

The Suns (3-4) snapped a three-game losing streak by defeating the Pistons 120-106 on the road on Sunday. Kevin Durant posted his fourth-straight 40-point game vs. Detroit to help the Suns win in convincing fashion in a battle of two banged-up teams. Phoenix outrebounded the Pistons 43-33 and shot 50% from the floor. Eric Gordon had 21 points of his own to take some of the scoring load off Durant, as he also recorded eight assists and five rebounds. This led to him having the highest plus/minus of the game at +23. Grayson Allen had 14 points, while Josh Okogie had 10 points and seven rebounds (four offensive). Of the nine players who were in the main rotation, all scored over six points other than Keita Bates-Diop who had six rebounds starting his second consecutive game.

The Chicago Bulls also snapped a three-game losing streak at home on Monday, defeating the Utah Jazz 130-113 behind 24 points from Zach LaVine and 21 from Demar DeRozan. The Bulls shot over 50% (51.6%) in this matchup. Eight Chicago Bulls players scored in double figures, and they had 54 bench points against a struggling Jazz team.
