The Phoenix Suns are playing their second home game of the season tonight against the San Antionio Spurs after a big win. Phoenix routed the Utah Jazz just three nights ago in their home arena. In this article I will cover some of my favorite game lines, offensive, and defensive props.

Game Lines

The Phoenix Suns are clearly the better team going into tonight’s matchup. San Antonio did acquire the most highly touted prospect in the draft in Victor Wembanyama. However, that is not enough to handle this suns team. The Phoenix Suns have a money line set at -285. Essentially, the sportsbooks don’t think the Spurs even stand a chance in tonight’s game and to be fair, they don’t. Even without the Suns new co-star Bradley Beal, the Suns still have a 2-1 record. They have also beaten teams like the Warriors, and the Jazz, who a lot of people were high on to start the season. Despite Devin Booker being doubtful for tonight’s game, you’re a fool not to take the Suns.

Offensive Props

Kevin Durant has been magnificent to start the Suns season. The veteran forward is leading the Suns in scoring with 27.7 points per game. Durant currently has a points scored line set at 31.5 and I love the over. With Booker and Beal both likely missing tonight’s game again, it’s the Durant show. I don’t think there is a player on the Spurs roster that can cover Kevin Durant. Even the 15-foot tall Wemby doesn’t stand a chance, in my opinion. Josh Okogie is another Suns players I like to go over their points mark tonight. Okogie has a points scored line set at 9.5 and is plus money to hit the over. The Suns small forward is averaging 11.3 points per game right now on 29 minutes per game. Okogie has been a big piece for the Suns since they have been missing their stellar guards due to injury. Another Josh Okogie bet that I like is his over on pts + reb + ast. The Suns forward is averaging roughly 17 pts + reb + ast per game, and I think he will do more scoring tonight.

Defensive Props

Jusif Nurkic has played well for the Suns offensively, and defensively. I like Nurkic to get 2+ steals in tonight’s game. He has been extremely active defensively so far this season, and I think it will continue. Especially due to the fact that he is facing a really young inexperienced Spurs team. I know this may be a little controversial, but I like Wemby’s under on 1.5 blocks at plus money. The Suns have some good, smart offensively players and with Durant probably controlling the ball a lot, I like the under.
