It has been over 10 months since Kyler Murray last took a snap on the football field, and now, following a grueling summer of rehab, the Cardinals former 1st round pick is headed back to practice.

And, according to the man himself, Murray is ready to return to practice with his team.

Since K1 left with a torn ACL, the Cardinals have endured a complete renewal as a team. This includes a new head coach, offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, and general manager.
However, it has also not been a pretty stretch, as the Cards have gone 1-9 without Murray on the field.
In this stretch, Arizona has used four different starting quarterbacks.
