Devin Booker goes off for 17 points in 1st quarter against Portland

It may just be preseason, but Suns’ star Devin Booker is looking like he is only getting better with age as he erupted for a 17-point 1st quarter against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Booker went 4-5 from beyond the arc, and in total, he only missed three shots.

This performance led the Suns to an early 13-point lead over the Trail Blazers.

Not only did Booker leave fans speechless, but his breakout 1st quarter also circulated speculation over the chance of him being named MVP this season for the first time in his career.

At the end of the half, Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and Bradley Beal held 49 of the Suns 76 points.

Throughout preseason, the Suns new big three is looking absolutely unstoppable.
