ASU is Making Sure They Don’t Give Bulletin Board Material to Colorado.

Deion Sanders’ Colorado team has caused major stirs in the media all season. His postgame interviews have shown that this Colorado team does one thing exceptionally well: get motivation from their haters. Whether it’s coaches or players, they have obtained bulletin board material from any source to give them that extra motivation.

As they prepare to face Colorado, the Sun Devils are ensuring they don’t say anything that Deion and Colorado could use as motivation.

“I think, each and every week, it doesn’t matter who we play.” Starting QB Trenton Bourguet said, “They are faceless. We are going to watch their film, but it’s not “this team” or “that team,” it’s just our opponent for that week. We are going to play them Saturday, and come Saturday night, it’s on to the next opponent.” Bouguet added, “This team coming in has a lot of eyes on them. So it will be good for Pac-12 football.”

Kenny Dillingham also talked about how when he recruited Shadeur, Deion took a step back and let his son go through that process. Dillingham said that Deion didn’t put his face on it and just was a father, which Dillingham had a ton of respect for.

“Everybody says, “Coch Prime, it’s all about him.” Dillingham said, “But, I got to see to a side of that where he said, “No, it’s not.” This was about his son’s process, and that’s why I have a ton of respect for him. He’s done a phenomenal job as a program. They are building something there, and he’s going to do a great job. He already is.”

Dillingham: Explosive plays are the #1 Correlation to winning.
