College Basketball Report released their top 30 point guard rankings on Twitter. However, they did not include a certain name in their top 30: Arizona State guard Frankie Collins.

Collins is one of the only returning starters for ASU this year. He averaged 10 points per game, four rebounds, and four assists. Collins is making the step up to being a leader on this team. Will this be a breakout year for Collins?
