With just three games left in the season, Corbin Carroll is in first place in the Rookie of the Year odds at -7000.
Carroll will be the Diamondbacks first ROY recipient in franchise history.
Among qualified rookies in the National League this season, Carroll is 1st in runs (116), 1st in hits (160), 3rd in doubles (29), 1st in triples (10), 1st in home runs (25), 2nd in RBIs (76), 1st in stolen bases (52), and 2nd in OPS (.871).
So as you can tell, it is not particularly close; Corbin Carroll has completely dominated the NL ROY race.
And, even more important, this historic rookie season by Carroll has propelled the Diamondbacks into a chance to punch their first postseason ticket since 2017.
The Diamondbacks have a chance to clinch a wild card spot tonight against the Astros at 6:40 PM in front of the home crowd.
