Bourguet saw action in the Arizona State vs. Fresno State game before injuring himself in the second possession of the game. He finished the game going 6 of 8 for 47 yards and 1 interception before being ruled out with a lower-body injury.

Him taking first-team reps at practice doesn’t come as a shock as head coach Kenny Dillingham said in yesterday’s presser that Bourguet would return this week as well as quarterback Drew Pyne being banged up after Saturday night’s loss to USC.

We’ll see if Bourguet will end up being the starter vs. Cal later this week or even today as Kenny Dillingham will be set to speak after practice.
