The Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Yankees are kicking off a three game set in the Bronx tonight at 4:05 pm PST. Arizona will have Brandon Pfaadt on the hill facing off against the Yankees Luke Weaver. The Diamondbacks have won five straight, and the Yankees are coming off of a series loss to the Blue Jays.

Game lines

Arizona has been red hot lately, taking control of the second NL Wildcard spot. The Diamondbacks are currently the favorite for tonights game at -118. I like the Diamondbacks money line tonight, Arizona is coming off a day of rest, with tons of momentum. The under on 0.5 total runs in the first inning (-120) that looks good to me. The Diamondbacks are on the road and might get off to a slow start, the Yankees haven’t been scoring much overall.

Pitcher props

Brandon Pfaadt is on the hill and I like his over 5.5 strikeouts. Pfaadt has went over this in two of his last five, and facing a Yankees team that, honestly, strikeouts a lot. Pfaadt also has an outs recorded line of 15.5 which I like. He has went over this mark in three of his last five outings. The over on 3.5 hits allowed for Pfaadt is another line I like, he has allowed more than 3.5 hits in four of his last five hits.

Hitter props

Arizona has been lighting up right handed pitching recently, and I like their lineup tonight. There are multiple Diamondbacks I like to record hits tonight, not only because they’re hitting well right now. They also have good averages against Weaver. Five Diamondbacks have an average better than .333 against Weaver. Corbin Carroll has yet to record an out against Weaver, I like his over 1.5 total bases. I also love Perdomo over 0.5 total bases at plus money. Tommy Pham hit the ball well his last time in New York, so I’ll take his over 0.5 hits.
