This weekend the Arizona State Sun Devils will be hosting the Fresno State Bulldogs on Saturday at 6:30 pm MST. Arizona State is coming off of a loss to the hands of Oklahoma State (27-15) and trying to get back into the win column.

ASU is currently the underdog according the DraftKings, with a money line set at +130. Fresno State is coming off a win against Eastern Washington (34-31). To get a better grasp on tomorrow nights game I spoke with our own ASU insider Brendan Mau (@Brendan_Mau via x) about his thoughts, and favorite lines heading into the game.

We love the under on 49 total points

He shared that his favorite play is the under on the total score line set at 49. Arizona States offense has been on a slow start this season, scoring a combined 39 points in their first two games. Brendan added that ASU will be missing key players on the offensive side of the ball, which will not help them. Don’t expect a shootout, ASU is missing tight end Jalin Conyers and running back Decarlos Brooks, along with some guys upfront.

Arizona State however has a top 25 ranked defense in the country. Fresno State hasn’t seen a defense as good as ASU all year long. Early in the year you have to expect the defense to be further along than the offense. That is why I can see Brendan showing love to the under.

The spread is just too sweet

My personal favorite bet is ASU +3. Despite playing weaker opponents Fresno State hasn’t been able to pull away from either of their opponents so far. In fact, Fresno States biggest win came against Purdue, where they won by just four points. The Bulldogs have played two teams with a combined record of 1-3. Expect Arizona State to be in this game all night.

All of the lines I use can be found on DraftKings, let’s go win some money.
