The Suns had a huge Game 2 as Devin Booker dropped 38 points to go with a team-high 9 assists. Kevin Durant added 25 points and 5 assists and Chris Paul scored 16 points and dropped 8 assists.

The Suns as a whole hit 21 of 29 mid-range jumpers as the team was clicking on all cylinders against the Clippers’ drop coverage that they weren’t clicking on in Game 1 on Sunday.

The Clippers started Game 2 off great but then they started to miss shots and the Suns kept attacking them in space when they were on defense. Kawhi Leonard led the team with 31 points and 7 assists as he’s looked like the best player on the court through the first two games.

Russell Westbrook had a huge offensive game scoring 28 points on 56% shooting to along with 5 assists. The Clippers out shot them in free throws and three pointers but they got out rebounded late in the game and turned the ball over 15 times.

The Suns shot 59% as a team and was hitting all their shots in key moments of the game. Their wont always be games like this when they’re shooting that well from the court but it’s safe to say that we got a great series on our hands. Here are the odds and my prediction for Game 3.

Odds:

Against the spread the Suns are favored at -2.5 which is lower than their previous playoff matchups with the Clippers. A lot of this has to do with the way the Clippers have played and the series now switching to Los Angeles.

The moneyline has the Suns set at -152 and the Clippers set at +135. The honest bet to take here would be the +135 for the Clippers due to how close the series has been.

The Over/Under is set at 226 which is where it’s been at the entire series.Expect another 110+ games from both teams.

Predictions:

Believe it or not, I got the Clippers winning Game 3 by a final score of 123-111. I think the Clippers cover and Kawhi Leonard continues to show why he’s been the best player in this series so far. I have a feeling Kawhi is going to drop 40+ and the Clippers will be in control of this game from start to finish.

Game 3 starts at 7:30 PM AZ time in what will be an electric atmosphere in Los Angeles. Let’s see if the Suns can get a big win and improve the series to 2-1.
