ASU Falls to USC, Pac-12 Tournament Set

Saturday night, Arizona State took on the University of Southern California. This game had huge implications on the NCAA Tournament. In a close game, ASU came up short losing 68-65.

Four players for ASU scored double digits, lead by DJ Horne with 20 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assist.

ASU Prepares for Pac-12 Tournament

With the regular season over with, the Pac-12 Tournament has been set. ASU with the two losses to end the season against UCLA and USC dropped from 4th in the conference to 6th.

That does not sound like a horrible jump however it forces ASU to play in the first round of the tournament. As the first 4 seeds in the Pac-12 get a bye.

With the two losses to end the season, the Sun Devils will now need two or three big wins in the Pac-12 Tournament. In the first round on Wednesday March 8th, ASU will play Oregon State.

If they survive and advance, they will have a rematch from last night and play USC on Thursday. Those two wins are fur sure needed to make the Tournament.
