Suns Finish Off Kings, Booker with a 30-Piece

After posting a successful 4-1 road record, the Phoenix Suns were looking to take care of business back at home. The Sacramento Kings were visiting, boasting the third seed in the Western Conference.

For Devin Booker, it was the star guard’s first home game since returning from a groin injury. Booker made sure not to disappoint.

The Suns were able to hold off the Kings, beating them 120-109.

Booker’s Mastery

If not for the groin injury, Booker could very well be on his way to another All-Star appearance. Booker made sure to remind fans of that on Tuesday.

The three-time All-Star put up 32 points against the Kings, shooting 13-of-20 from the field. Booker also grabbed five rebounds while dishing out two assists and two steals.

Booker is still making these performances happen while on a minutes restriction of 29 minutes.

Double-Double Domination

Ayton kept up his lively performances as of recently. The Bahamian was able to put up 29 points to go with 11 rebounds on the night.

Ayton also shot 13-of-17 from the field, while managing to grab an impressive four steals.

This has become the norm for Ayton, who was averaging 25 points and 10.8 rebounds in his last five games coming into Tuesday.

Chris Paul was also heavy in the double-double department. The veteran guard scored 17 points while handing out an astonishing 19 assists on the night.

Paul was also able to grab 5 rebounds.

Having both Ayton and Paul be able to contribute in such a heavy fashion to assist Booker was critical.
