This didn’t stop the reality of the situation that the Suns are losing two players that Suns fans adore between Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson. It was reported earlier today that the Suns weren’t having morning shootaround due to the trade that took place earlier today.

Due to that, Suns players and coaches shared a moment to say their final goodbyes to Bridges and Johnson before they departed on their next journey to Brooklyn.

Bridges and Johnson have helped change the culture of the Phoenix Suns for the better and their is no way the Suns organization would be in a position to get a guy like Kevin Durant and be able to competer for championships if it wasn’t for their contributions.

It even hurts now more than ever when you realize Bridges pinned a tweet that takes us back to 2020 when the Suns posted a picture of him hugging his mom on draft day and he responded by saying I don’t ever wanna leave Suns.

The Suns now have a game to prepare against the Atlanta Hawks before going on the road to play the Indiana Pacers tomorrow night. With Kevin Durant and TJ Warren coming to town, things will be looking a little different in the valley.
