Many fans were left heartbroken after hearing the news that Mikal Bridges would be leaving the Phoenix Suns and heading to the Nets.
Bridges has been Mr. Consistent for the Suns over the past couple of years. The 26-year-old SF played in all 82 games last season and has been on pace to do the same thing this year.
Very unusual in the current NBA landscape.
During the Brooklyn Nets’ Thursday night matchup against the Bulls, Bridges revealed how he found out about the trade.
It was via FaceTime with his now-former teammate Damion Lee that he learned the news.
Mikal Bridges said he found out he was traded from Damion Lee on FaceTime.
