Jefferson has spent the last two seasons with the Cardinals. Before joining the Cardinals, Jefferson was wide receivers coach for the Detroit Lions, Tennessee Titans, Miami Dolphins, and the New York Jets.
Jefferson also played in the NFL for 13 years. He played for the Patriots from 1996-1999. In 1996 when Jefferson was with New England, Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was the assistant head coach and defensive back coach. Jefferson also played for the San Deigo Chargers, Atlanta Falcons, and the Lions.
