Report: Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, Norman Powell, and Reggie Jackson All Out Tonight Vs. Suns

© Jayne Kamin-Oncea- USA TODAY Sports

So much for my last article about the Suns facing a healthy Clippers team as the Clippers will be without key starters tonight with Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, Norman Powell, and Reggie Jackson all expected to miss tonight’s game against the Suns.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Kawhi Leonard is taking his usual management time off during back-to-back games as he’s bouncing back from his ACL knee injury he suffered back during the 2020-21 playoffs that forced him to miss all of last season. Paul George is dealing with knee soreness, Norman Powell is dealing with a groin strain, and Reggie Jackson is dealing with Achilles Inflammation. Norman Powell has been out for the last 8 games while George, Leonard, and Jackson all just played last night in a win against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

That’s not all either as Ivica Zubac (knee contusion) and Luke Kennard (calf soreness) are questionable for tonight’s game as well as they will have more follow-up with their injuries later on before tonight’s game. The Suns have a plethora of injuries in their own right as Devin Booker (left hamstring tightness) and Deandre Ayton (left ankle) are questionable for tonight’s game as well. Cameron Payne (foot), Duane Washington Jr (hip), and Cameron Johnson (right torn meniscus) are out for tonight’s game.

Injured Suns Travel To Los Angeles To Take On Healthy Clippers

This Suns and Clippers matchup will have a lot of stars not playing in tonight’s matchup. Let’s see if the Suns can snap out of their funk and get back in the win column.
