The team finished last season with a 29-2 record while outscoring opponents by over 300 runs. They have lost just six games over the past two seasons and have consistently proven they are the best team in the 3A.
Their championship win last season came against No. 1 seed Valley Christian. The Crusaders also defeated Valley Christian in the playoff semifinal of their 2022 championship run.
Path To Three-Peat
Northwest Christian has an opportunity to do something that very few high school sports teams can, winning three straight championships.
The Crusaders’ head coach and former MLB pitcher Bob Howry has shown nothing short of excellence since being hired in 2017. The knowledge that he possesses in baseball has helped make the program a championship team and the team to beat in the 3A going forward.
