When a stalled car turned into a citywide moment, Phoenix didn’t just get a pop-up show; they got an experience that included a moment for Phoenix Suns fans. Fresh off promoting his new album “The Fall Off”, J. Cole found himself unexpectedly grounded in Phoenix. Instead of disappearing behind tinted glass, he stepped into the heat, signing autographs and taking photos with hundreds of fans. No stage. No ticket scan. Just presence. Cole has referenced Booker before. Their friendship goes back a while now, but doing it there in the city, Booker has taken it to a different level.
