The Phoenix Suns’ offense was running through their center, Mark Williams, early and often. It worked and helped open up the Suns’ offense, as Williams was dishing it out to find the open man. Although the Nets’ Michael Porter Jr. was aggressive in the paint, and kept Brooklyn competitive.

Dillon Brooks, who helped lead the scoring early for the Suns alongside Mark Williams, was hitting his shots and playing with intensity. Brooks brought a hard-nosed work ethic that transfers to everybody on the floor. Ryan Dunn was showing flashes of what he can bring to Phoenix’s offense, as he had a highlight, high-flying dunk that showcases his transition offense.

Jamaree Bouyea continues to be a source of energy for this Suns team, and brings a whole new life to Phoenix coming off the bench. He is electric on both ends of the floor, whether it’s charging down the floor and making acrobatic layups or having massive blocks that highlight his hustle. Bouyea doesn’t give up or give anything less than 100%, and has been something that the Phoenix Suns can rely on going forward as injuries arise.

If the Suns can keep up the pressure in the paint and execute on their open shots, Phoenix is showing that their depth has come to take advantage of every opportunity and could be in a good position to get a victory on Tuesday night.
