GLENDALE – On the kickoff following a Houston Texans field goal near the end of the second quarter, Arizona Cardinals Andre Baccellia returned the ball for a 26-yard gain. The return looked normal until Baccellia failed to get up, soon the game stood still and the stretcher had to come out to aid him. Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon spoke with the media postgame about Ballerina status. The third-year pro was sent to the hospital for testing but is strong enough to fly back with the team later tonight. The best possible scenario for Baccellia given the circumstances that he’ll be able to rejoin his teammates on the flight home. Despite Sunday’s Week 15 loss on the field, Bacccellia’s injury update is a massive win for Arizona.
