There was speculation that Phoenix might move on from Green, although the rumors have been pushed back by some including Arizona Sports’ John Gambadoro. It seems like the Suns would like to see what the pairing of a Booker and Green backcourt would look like.

The Suns do not plan to trade Jalen Green, he is expected to play alongside Devin Booker in the backcourt.

These new additions will bring a different identity to this Suns team. Green brings a versatile offense, as a major part of his game is being able to attack the basket. The Suns have had their problems in that aspect, as well as having a certain toughness including a guy who does the dirty work on both sides of the ball. Dillon Brooks will be the guy who can bring that intensity on defense, a characteristic that Phoenix has been missing greatly.

Only time will tell how this will play out for the Phoenix Suns, though it is apparent that Suns General Manager Brian Gregory is adamant about making moves and bringing in a new era for this Suns team. What role Green and Brooks will play, will seemingly be a massive question and talking point over this offseason.
