Brandon Pfaadt, (excuse me if I seem like a broken record here), threw six innings yet again, though this time he went scoreless. He only gave up four hits and two walks and struck out three as the D-Backs won two of three games over the Baltimore Orioles.

Baltimore had Dean Kremer on the mound today. Kremer gave up eight hits with six runs on top of that in 4.2 innings. Kremer also had four strikeouts on the day.

Key moments for the D-Backs:

Jake McCarthy had his first hit of the 2025 MLB season, as he finally got out of his hitting slump.

The Snakes came alive after they had a five-run fifth inning, and took a 7-0 lead over the Orioles. Pavin Smith went, “swimming“, after he hit a two-run home run into the Chase Field pool. Mac Miller would have loved that. Josh Naylor loved it so much, he hit one right after. It was Naylor’s first of the season and as a member of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Corbin Carroll did it again, as he hit his fifth home run this season for the Snakes. Geraldo Perdomo also continued his hot streak as he had a solo shot home run making the game 8-0. “Gerry”, as the D-Backs faithful call him, went 3-for-4 today.

The Arizona Diamondbacks now have a day off tomorrow, which will give them just enough time to relax, maybe have a brew, before the Milwaukee Brewers come into town.
