Suns Ryan Dunn advances to NBA Rising Stars finals

Phoenix Suns rookie wing Ryan Dunn and his NBA Castrol Rising Stars ‘Team C’, coached by Golden State Warriors hall of famer Chris Mullin advanced to the finals of the four-team tournament, defeating ‘Team T’, coached by Mullin’s Run TMC teammate Tim Hardaway Jr., 40-34.

Dunn, who came off the bench a an injury replacement to Philadelphia 76ers rookie Jared McCain, finished the first game with two points, three assists and a rebound on 1-of-2 shooting in eight minutes on the floor.

The Suns rookie takes on the winner of ‘Team M’, coached by the third member of the legendary Warriors trio, Mitch Richmond, and the G League team, led by Houston Rockets rookie Reed Sheppard.

The finals winner gets to play against Kevin Durant and Team Shaq in the revamped 2025 NBA All-Star tournament.
