Morris signed with the Suns this offseason on a veteran-minimum contract after spending the back half of last season with the Minnesota Timberwolves, the team who swept Phoenix in the first round of the playoffs in April. Phoenix will be Morris’ fifth team he has played for since being drafted 51st overall in 2017 by the Denver Nuggets. In 375 career NBA games (166 starts), Morris has averaged 10.0 points on 47.7% shooting and 3.8 assists in 24.6 minutes per game.
Mack is in her first season with the Mercury (17-19) and is averaging 3.5 points and 5.0 rebounds, playing all 36 games for the Mercury this season (11 starts) after previously only appearing in four total WNBA games for her career since being drafted 16th overall in 2021.
