Returning to Arizona, both Basham and Greer will represent the Sun Devils next season. Basham was a PHH Prep star who spent the past two seasons at the University of Oregon, playing in 47 games (24 starts) and averaging 4.5 points, 2.9 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game. Transferring for a second time in her college career, Greer is now in the desert once again after one season at Oklahoma (2021-22) and the past two at Kansas State (2022-24). With the Wildcats, she accumulated 1.9 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.1 assists per game.
After suffering a season-ending right foot injury last year, Jackson entered the portal and chose Arizona State. As one of the bigger additions on the list, she averaged 8.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 113 games (103 starts) with North Texas (2019-22) and UTEP (2022-23). With her coming off of a serious injury and not playing a game in more than a year, it will be interesting to see if Jackson will be able to regain her dominance as a Sun Devil.
Moore is coming over from Seattle University where she averaged a career-high 11.3 points while playing 29.2 minutes per game in 28 games (all starts).
Georgetown’s 2023 Big East Freshman of the Year in Fauntleroy has transferred to ASU. Following her standout year at Georgetown, she transferred last year to Oklahoma where she appeared in five games before her switch to Arizona State.
Parkinson helped UC Irvine to two postseason berths in the past two seasons after departing from a two-year stint at New Mexico. LoVett, a 2024 Mountain West All-Freshman Team honoree, started in all 17 games for San Jose State, averaging 14.6 points, 3.2 assists and 2.5 rebounds.
As for the only incoming freshman out of this group and on the Sun Devils in general, Grice is a 6-foot-5 center and guided Taylor (Texas) High School to a 28-7 record overall and 12-4 in the school’s district last year.
