Green elaborated on this outburst during an episode of his podcast, delving into his feelings regarding a comment Durant made about a month prior.
The comment in question was KD simply stating that he hopes Draymond receives the help that he needs. Durant noted this after Green was suspended from the league indefinitely.
However, Green took this remark personally, expressing on his podcast, “[Kevin], You’ve got my phone number… Hit me up and say that.”
Further elaborating, Green stated, “You go and question somebody’s character in front of the whole world? That’s whack. I think they’re all whack, both of them.” The “other person” Green referred to is Jusuf Nurkic.
"Everybody was questioning what I said to Kevin Durant at the end of the game. I said, 'This is me, I do this'… I'm not gonna share what the other word I said was."
