At Saturday’s DodgerFest, 7-time All-Star Mookie Betts candidly expressed his thoughts on how teams are approaching the Dodgers this season.

Betts declared, “Every game is gonna be the other team’s World Series. I mean it is what it is.”

Of course, there was quite a bit of backlash over this statement, especially considering the Dodgers recent postseason track record.

While the Dodgers undeniably possess an abundance of talent, boasting four potential MVP candidates in Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, Shohei Ohtani, and Tyler Glasnow, they have yet to prove a single thing yet.

Moreover, their status as favorites to win the 2023 World Series did not translate to success, as they were unexpectedly swept by the Diamondbacks in the NLDS.

What are your thoughts on Mookie Betts’ bold proclamation?
