Humphries, Stills and Williams are all out for the rest of the season as they have all been placed on Injured Reserve.
Arizona has yet to activate Fotu to the 53-man roster after returning to practice off of the IR last week.
Playing in all 16 games to this point, Gardeck’s knee injury may cause him to miss his first of the season.
As for Wilkinson, he returned to practice today after fighting an illness, but remains questionable.
Chachere, Pascal and Dimukeje all played last week against the Philadelphia Eagles, but are also questionable for the final game of the season.
On Sunday, the Cardinals face Seattle Seahawks at 2:25 p.m. on FOX.
