Harpole, who is a 6’4, 250-pound TE from Prosper, TX, finished with seven catches for 69 yards this year for the Aztecs. However, most of that came in the season’s final game versus Fresno State.

Harpole was originally a three-star out of high school and had offers from other Air Force, Army, and Bucknell schools.

Harpole had other offers from Pitt, Sam Houston State, and UMass but chose Arizona State. He is already the second TE transfer for ASU this cycle, along with Markeston Douglas from Florida State.

This is the start of a major recruiting weekend for Arizona State. One in which Head Coach Kenny Dillingham might have as many as eight players committed to ASU already. This is the first of what could be a lot of new transfers.
