It is unknown when Dumba suffered the injury, at the time reporting.

In his first season as a Coyote, Dumba has 2 goals and 2 assists for 4 points in 19 games.

Additionally, the veteran defenseman has collected 25 hits, 24 blocks and a plus/minus rating of -9.

During the offseason, Dumba signed a one-year, $3.9 million contract with the ‘Yotes after spending 10 years on the Minnesota Wild.

Taking his place, defenseman Vladislav Kolyachonok will enter into the Coyotes lineup against Vegas.

So far, Kolyachonok has spent the beginning of the season with Arizona’s AHL minor league affiliate, the Tucson Roadrunners.

There, the Belarusian native has suited up for 11 games, scored 2 goals, recorded an assist and held a +5 rating.

Furthermore, Kolyachonok has played 34 games in the NHL with Arizona, netting 1 goal and registering two assists in two seasons.

Now, Dumba is added to a long list of Coyotes who are out injured.

Currently, center Barrett Hayton (upper body), defenseman Travis Dermott (upper body), center Jack McBain (lower body) and Juuso Välimäki (upper body) have all been missing games due to separate setbacks.
