This comes after just last night, the 2022 first-round NHL draft pick received a pass from teammate Aku Räty before Lamoureux fired it past the glove of Las Vegas Golden Knight’s goaltender Logan Thompson in the second period of the 3-1 preseason loss for Arizona.

The 6’7″ defenseman goes back to Drummondville where he spent the past three years.

Lamoureux was the assistant captain of the Voltigeurs last year and scored 5 goals and had 14 assists for 19 points in 35 games.

Overall, in 113 career QMJHL games, the Coyotes prospect Lamoureux has netted 10 goals and assisted 40 times for 50 points in Drummondville.
