Right from the get-go, the Cardinals were full of energy on both sides of the field.

In the first half, Arizona’s offense scored on each of their five drives. This impressive run included two touchdowns and three field goals, one of which was an astonishing 62-yard kick that ended the 2nd quarter.

While the 21-10 first half lead was impressive, the Cardinals knew all too well that this lead can disappear in the blink of an eye.

With their 28-7 blown lead against the Giants fresh in their minds, Arizona’s defense rose to the occasion, making critical stops when it was needed.

The Cardinals held Dallas to going 1- 5 in the red zone, this includes an interception by Kyzir White late in the 4th quarter.

Going into this week, the Cowboys had been dominant, outscoring their opponents 70-10, yet somehow, Jonathan Gannon and the Cardinals found a way.

Not only was it Gannon’s first win as an NFL head coach, but it was also Joshua Dobb’s first win as a starting quarterback. Dobbs previously held an 0-4 record.
