As if things could not get any worse for the Cardinals, the team announced on Monday that All-Pro S Budda Baker has been placed on the Injured Reserve List.
This means Baker will miss at least four more games.

It is officially a hamstring injury that will keep Baker off the field for the time being. Not including last Sunday, in his past six seasons with the Cardinals, Baker has missed a total of just five games.
This is a devasting blow to a Cardinals defense that gave up a 20-0 lead to the Giants on Sunday. In the second half, Baker’s absence was felt heavily as Arizona allowed the Giants to score a touchdown on four straight drives.
Last year, Budda Baker was the Cardinals’ lone Pro Bowl selection, it was his 4th consecutive trip to the Pro Bowl and 5th overall.
