Tracy McGrady spoke highly of Suns’ superstar Kevin Durant by saying that he is the best 1-on-1 forward in the entire NBA.

McGrady was posed with the question on who was the best forward in the NBA 1-on-1.
He responded: “I got to go with KD. I don’t think (anybody) is better than KD. His shooting ability, (being) seven foot. KD reminds me of myself, being able to get to your spots in less (than) 3-4 dribbles.”
McGrady then continued to say that Durant was the only player like him in the NBA.
“In terms of how he gets to his spots, like KD doesn’t need 10 dribbles to get his rhythm to rise up,” McGrady said. “KD needs about three to four dribbles, and he is in his spot. He gets where he wants go in less dribbles, and he’s efficient.”
Durant has previously said that McGrady was the player he looked up to the most and molded his game after. He even put him in his top-10 all-time players list.
