Chris Paul’s son at this point needs to be an NBA insider. All jokes aside former Suns point guard Chris Paul found out that he was getting traded to the Warriors by his son breaking the news to him for the second time this offseason.

When Paul got traded to the Wizards in part of the Bradley Beal trade, Paul said that he found out about that trade while he got a text from his son on a plane. He explained that go around during his press tour for his memoir that he released called “Sixty-One”

It’s been a whirlwind of a week for Paul who got traded on Sunday and Thursday before finding his new team in Golden State. Now he will take the court with guys like Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson who have been rivals with him for years.
As for the Suns, they will be facing Paul 4 times in one year now that he got traded to Golden State and the battles this season will be box office, to say the least.
We still don’t know if this is the last time the Suns will be dealing trades this offseason. But I’m willing to bank on the fact that it won’t be as crazy as to the Chris Paul situation.
