Big news on this Thursday night, as sources told Flex From Jersey that the Portland Trail Blazers are interested in Suns center Deandre Ayton and if both sides could agree on a deal, the Trail Blazers 3rd overall pick could be a part of the deal.

The Trail Blazers recently got the third overall pick after the lottery on Tuesday night. Reports shortly after came out and said that they would be willing to move on from the number 3 pick in order to build a contending team around superstar point guard Damian Lillard.

The top three players going into this draft are Victor Wembenyama, Scoot Henderson, and Brandon Miller. With Wembenyama going to the Spurs which should be a unanimous decision., that leaves the Suns with either Henderson or Miller depending on who the Hornets take.
As for Ayton, during his exit interview, he said that he loves Phoenix but reports came out earlier that day saying that he was on the trade market and that he would welcome a fresh start somewhere else.
