To end the 3rd quarter of the Suns’ Tuesday night matchup against the Bucs, Devin Booker took on his former teammate Jae Crowder for a one-on-one matchup.

The Suns were at one point trailing by more than 15, but this lead was closed down to only one as Booker hit a fadeaway jumper right at the buzzer.

The two exchanged some words before heading over to their respective benches to get ready for the fourth quarter.

Unfortunately for Phoenix, Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucs were too much to handle as Milwaukee came out victorious with a 116-104 victory.

Booker finished the night with 30 points on 27 shots, while Crowder ended with 11 points, shooting 3/4 from beyond the arc.

Of course, the ongoing banter between the two is all love, as the former pair always had each other’s backs while sharing the court on the same team.

But when competing, both know the stakes at hand and love to put on a show for the fans.

So far this season, the Crowder has gotten the final laugh as he is now 2-0 against his former team. Although they will not see each other again this year, there is always the possibility that the two teams meet again in the NBA Finals.
