16 players were given a poll to vote for a player they want to see win a championship before their career ends during the all-star weekend and both Paul and Lillard finished with 3 votes each which led the way.

One of the 16 players that voted for Paul in the poll was Colin Sexton from the Utah Jazz and he had this to say about Chris Paul and his career. “He’s one of those guys who comes in and does the work and never complains.”

Paul has been in the league for 18 NBA seasons and has been to the playoffs in 14 of those 18 seasons. In all those seasons he’s only been to the conference finals twice and an NBA final once in 2020. He’s still looking for that NBA championship to add to his hall-of-fame resume.
