According to a report from CBS Sports, Jonathan Jones, Arizona Cardinals owner Michael Bidwell was meeting with NFL accelerator program participants at the owners’ meeting in Dallas.

There are 32 people in the program; the accelerator program is an initiative for owners to meet with rising people of color and women front office prospects with the opportunity to strengthen relationships with club owners and executives.

Cardinals general manager Steve Keim has taken a health-related leave of absence and is not likely to be back. Cardinals vice president of player personnel Quentin Haris and vice president of pro personnel Adrian Wilson share the GM duties. Both Harris and Wilson are in the NFL accelerator program. Also, both men are strong internal candidates for the job.
