Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams will play today in a NFC West showdown. This is a must win game for both of these franchises at this mid way point of the season. Colt McCoy and John Wolford are prepared to be the starting quarterbacks as both Matthew Stafford and Kyler Murray are game time decisions.

Must Win Game for Cardinals and Rams:

Both of these teams have 3 wins on the season, Cardinals are 3-6 while the Rams are 3-5. Resulting in these teams sitting at the bottom of the NFC West. Behind 49ers at 4-4 and the Seahawks at 6-4.

The Cardinals and Rams are looking to get hot and start with a win today against each other. The other day I asked how many losses can the Cardinals afford and still make the playoffs…

How Many Losses Can the Cardinals Afford?

The same question can be asked about this Rams team on this season. Not mathematically out of it, yet pretty close.

Quarterback Uncertainty:

Kyler Murray has been dealing with a hamstring issue all week during practice, the Cardinals plan to see what he looks like pre-game during warm ups.

Matthew Stafford the Rams quarterback is questionable to start dealing with concussion protocols, he is also a game time decision.

In one of the biggest games of the season, a pivot game for the winner into the right direction. We might see two back ups go at it this afternoon.

With the Seahawks loss this morning in Germany to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a win today for both teams gets them closer to the top of the division.
